Please read each section carefully.  Choose the level of training you are interested in and fill out the application form which corresponds to the level you wish to apply for.

Application Process

Once you submit your application, the ministry school staff will review your qualifications and email you back within a week to confirm your acceptance and placement in the school's program.

LEVEL 1

The Level 1 - Lead Self Program is the entry point to our leadership development program.

The following Core Classes are accessed online at GatewaySchoolofMinistry.com at $25 each.

Students also participate in a monthly mentoring cohort (see schedule of classes). Students are also encouraged to participate in a Life Group and a Freedom Group (see MyGatewayCity.Church for information about Freedom Groups)

    Monthly mentoring cohort is a requirement where students receive mentoring and input from experienced leaders (Cohort dates are listed on the Schedule of Classes)

    GSOM Level 1 Application

    LEVEL 2

    This course of study is for those students who have completed LEVEL 1, or it's equivalent, and are ready for assignment to a ministry practicum for hands-on training. Most practicums require leading a Life Group and learning how to raise up healthy disciples.

    Level 2 Core Classes In addition to discipling others in a Life Group, the following classes are required for successful completion of Level 2 Lead Leaders.

    Monthly Mentoring Cohort is a requirement whereby students have an opportunity for ministry specific mentoring. (Cohort dates are lists on the Schedule of Classes page)

    GSOM Level 2 Application

    Level 3

    This course of study is for those students who have completed Level 2 or its equivalent. Practicum at Level 3 requires leading and multiplying a Life Group, raising up new group leaders.

    Level 3 Core Classes - In addition to developing new Life Group leaders, the following classes are required for successful completion of Level 3 Lead Leaders. Classes are accessed online at gatewayschoolofministry.com at $25 each.
